2.4 One Account Per Person

3. Subscription Plans and Payment
3.1 Plans and Pricing
QR Code Maker offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and limits:
- Free: 1 dynamic QR code, 1,000 scans per month, unlimited static QR codes

Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3.2 True Monthly Billing
Unlike many competitors, we offer genuine monthly billing. You are never forced into annual contracts. You may choose monthly or annual billing at your preference, and annual plans offer a discount.
3.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and covers the initial subscription payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@qr-code-maker.app.
3.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
3.5 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
3.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- No cancellation fees apply
3.7 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your use of the Services. We will collect taxes where required by law.
4. Free Tier and Trial
4.1 Free Tier
The Free tier provides limited access to our Services at no cost. Free tier features and limits may change at our discretion. Static QR codes created on the Free tier are permanent and will continue to work indefinitely.
4.2 Trial Period
New users may receive a 14-day trial with access to Pro-level features. No payment information is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
5. Graceful Downgrade Policy
We believe your QR codes should never stop working just because you downgrade or cancel. Our graceful downgrade policy ensures:
- QR Codes Keep Working: When you downgrade to a plan with fewer dynamic QR codes, your oldest QR codes (up to your new plan limit) remain fully functional
- No Broken Links: QR codes beyond your plan limit redirect to an upgrade page rather than breaking completely
- Data Preserved: Your QR code data and analytics history are preserved even after downgrade
This policy reflects our commitment to treating customers fairly and never holding your data or functionality hostage.
