Is the monthly billing really monthly?
Yes. When you choose monthly billing, you pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime. We charge exactly what we show—$9 monthly means $9 per month, not $108 charged upfront. No forced annual commitments on any plan.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade or cancel?
Your oldest dynamic QR codes (up to your new plan's limit) keep working indefinitely. For example, if you downgrade from Starter (50 codes) to Free (1 code), your very first QR code continues to work. Codes beyond your limit show a friendly "unavailable" page with an option to reactivate by upgrading. We never delete your QR codes or data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade instantly to get more QR codes and features—we prorate so you only pay the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing period with no penalties.
Do you offer refunds?
