Bulk QR Code Generator

Create hundreds of QR codes from a CSV file in minutes

All QR codes from this CSV will be created as this type.

How It Works

1

Choose QR Type

Select the type of QR code you want to create — website URLs, vCards, WiFi, or any other supported type. Each type has its own required fields.

2

Upload Your Data

Upload a CSV file with your data, or just paste a list of URLs directly. Each row becomes one QR code. Download a template to get started quickly.

3

Map & Preview

Map your CSV columns to QR code fields, then preview every row to catch errors before creating. Our validator flags issues like missing URLs or malformed data.

4

Create & Download

Generate all your QR codes at once and download them as a named ZIP file. URL-based codes are dynamic and trackable — you can update destinations and view scan analytics.

What Is a Bulk QR Code Generator?

A bulk QR code generator creates hundreds of unique QR codes from a single spreadsheet. Each row in your CSV becomes a separate code — different URLs, different contact cards, different WiFi credentials. The alternative is creating them one at a time, which stops being practical at about 10 codes.

Most bulk QR code generators (sometimes called batch QR code generators) make you sign up and pick a plan before you can even test your CSV. You upload your data, hit "create," and find out half your rows failed validation — after you've already paid. Some slap watermarks on the output. Others create only static codes with no way to track scans or update destinations.

We flip that. Upload your CSV, map your columns, and preview every single code before you create an account. No surprises. When you do create, URL-based codes are dynamic — you can track scans, see where they're coming from, and change the destination after printing without reprinting anything.

For QR types that encode data directly — WiFi networks, vCards, plain text — bulk creation is free, with no limits. These codes are static by nature (there's no URL to redirect through), and we don't charge for that. URL-based dynamic codes with tracking require a Pro or Business plan.

Why You Need Bulk QR Codes

1

Manual creation doesn't scale

You can get away with creating 5-10 QR codes by hand. At 50, you're making copy-paste mistakes. At 200, you've lost a full day. A warehouse manager labeling 300 pallets, a marketing team launching a direct mail campaign with unique landing pages per recipient — these aren't edge cases, they're Tuesday.

The CSV approach means your data stays in a spreadsheet you already have. Export from your CRM, inventory system, or event registration platform, upload it, done.

2

Track what happens after the scan

For URL-based QR codes — website links, landing pages, PDF downloads — every bulk code we generate is dynamic. That means scan counts, geographic data, time-of-day patterns, and the ability to change the destination URL after printing.

QR types that encode data directly — WiFi credentials, vCards, plain text — are static by nature. There's no URL to track through. We won't pretend otherwise. But for the use cases where tracking matters (marketing campaigns, product packaging, event materials), you get full analytics without per-scan fees.

3

Consistency without the busywork

When you generate codes one at a time, formatting drifts — different sizes, different error correction levels, inconsistent naming. Bulk generation ensures every code in the batch uses identical settings.

The ZIP download includes individually named files so you're not stuck renaming 200 generic codes by hand.

4

Change destinations after printing

Static QR codes are permanent. If the URL changes, the printed code is dead. Dynamic bulk codes let you redirect without reprinting.

Seasonal campaign URLs, updated product manuals, event schedules that shift — dynamic codes handle all of it. Print once, update whenever you need to.

Bulk QR Codes by Industry

Logistics & Warehousing

Pallet and shelf labeling

Generate a unique code for every SKU, shelf position, or pallet. Scan to pull up inventory records, shipping manifests, or handling instructions. A mid-size warehouse can label 2,000 items in an afternoon.

Receiving dock check-in

Each inbound shipment gets a QR code linking to its purchase order. Scan on arrival to log receipt time and condition notes — no manual data entry required.

Asset tracking

IT equipment, tools, vehicles — anything your team needs to locate or check out. Print codes on adhesive labels and stick them on. Scan to see maintenance history, assigned user, or checkout status.

Marketing & Print Campaigns

Direct mail personalization

Each mail piece gets a unique QR code linking to a personalized landing page. Track response rates by geography, segment, or creative variant. Know exactly which mailer drove which conversion.

Product packaging

Different codes per SKU linking to manuals, registration pages, warranty info, or promo videos. Update the destination when the product line evolves — no need to reprint packaging.

Tradeshow and event materials

One batch for booth handouts, another for speaker badges. Track which events and materials drive the most engagement so you can double down on what works next year.

Hospitality & Food Service

Multi-location restaurant menus

One QR code per table per location, all generated from a single CSV. Update the menu seasonally without reprinting table tents. Track which dishes customers view most.

Hotel guest services

Room key cards or in-room displays linking to WiFi login, concierge services, local recommendations, or express checkout. Different codes per room, all generated in one batch.

Tourism and attractions

Visitor guides with a QR code for each exhibit, landmark, or trail marker. Link to audio guides, historical context, or photo galleries. Update content seasonally without replacing physical signs.

Events & Education

Conference badges

Each attendee badge has a unique code linking to their profile, session schedule, or networking page. Organizers can track session popularity by scan volume.

Classroom materials

Each student gets a code linking to personalized resources — assignments, grade portals, or supplementary materials. Teachers generate the whole class's codes from a single roster export.

Ticketing and check-in

Unique codes per ticket for fast entry scanning. No app required for attendees — just the code on their phone or printout. Organizers get a real-time headcount as attendees scan in.

Best Practices for Bulk QR Codes

1

Clean your data before you upload

The number one reason bulk jobs fail: messy spreadsheets. Trailing spaces in URLs, missing "https://", phone numbers with inconsistent formatting. Our tool validates every row and flags errors before creation — but catching problems in your spreadsheet first saves a round trip.

Pro tip: open your CSV in a text editor, not Excel. Excel silently reformats phone numbers and strips leading zeros from ZIP codes.

2

Name your files in the spreadsheet

When you download 200 QR codes as a ZIP, you need to know which is which. Include a "name" or "label" column in your CSV — we use it to name each file in the download.

"product-manual-widget-x.svg" is useful. "qr-code-147.svg" is not.

3

Use dynamic codes for anything that might change

If there's any chance the destination URL changes — seasonal campaigns, product pages that get restructured, event schedules that shift — use URL-type QR codes so you can update the destination without reprinting.

If the data is permanent (WiFi password for your office, a vCard for a business card print run that won't change), static codes work fine.

4

Start with a small test batch

Before uploading 500 rows, test with 5. Scan them on different phones — iPhone, Android, older models. Verify the data renders correctly.

This is especially important for vCards, where different phone operating systems handle contact fields differently.

5

Plan your print size

QR codes need a minimum of about 2cm (0.8 inches) to scan reliably. The more data encoded, the denser the code, the larger it needs to be printed.

Bulk URL codes through our dynamic redirect stay compact because the encoded URL is short. WiFi codes with long passwords get dense fast — plan accordingly.

What's the difference between bulk and batch QR code generation?

Nothing — they're the same thing. Some tools call it "bulk QR code generation," others call it "batch QR code generation" or "mass QR code creation." The process is identical: upload a dataset, generate multiple codes at once, download them together. We use "bulk" but you'll find the terms used interchangeably across the industry.

Can I create bulk QR codes with a logo?

Bulk-created codes use a consistent default style for processing speed. After creation, you can customize individual QR codes with your logo, brand colors, and frames from your dashboard. This approach lets you create the codes fast and then fine-tune the ones that need branding.

Do I need a CSV file, or can I just paste URLs?

For URL-type QR codes, you can skip the spreadsheet entirely — just paste your links one per line and we'll generate a code for each one. For other QR types like vCards, WiFi, or email, a CSV file gives you the structured columns each type requires (name, phone, SSID, etc.).

Are bulk QR codes dynamic or static?

It depends on the QR code type. URL-based codes (website links, landing pages, PDF downloads) are dynamic — you can track scans, see geographic data, and change the destination URL after printing. QR types that encode data directly into the code (WiFi credentials, vCards, plain text, SMS) are static by nature. There's no URL to redirect through, so there's nothing to track or change. We're upfront about this distinction because it affects which type you should choose.
