Exporting Analytics Data

Download your QR code scan data for external analysis and reporting.

You can export your analytics data as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, reporting tools, or your own analysis.

How to Export

  1. Go to the Analytics dashboard
  2. Set your filters (date range, folder, type, or specific QR code)
  3. Click the Export button
  4. A CSV file downloads with your current view's data

The export includes data for whatever filters you have applied.

What's in the Export

The CSV includes:

Overview section: Total scans, unique visitors, active QR codes, top location

Daily scans: Date, scan count, and unique visitors for each day in your selected period

Breakdowns: Device distribution, location distribution, QR type distribution—each with counts and percentages

Top QR codes: Name, type, scan count, and trend for your best-performing codes

Working with Exported Data

Excel or Google Sheets: Open the CSV directly. The data is formatted with headers and ready for pivot tables or charts.

Business intelligence tools: Import the CSV into Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for custom visualizations.

Custom analysis: Load into Python (pandas), R, or your preferred data tool.

What's Not in the Export

  • Raw scan-level data (we provide aggregated summaries)
  • IP addresses or other personal identifiers
  • Data outside your selected filters

Privacy

Exported data follows the same privacy standards as the dashboard—anonymous aggregate data only. No personal information, no individual user tracking, no raw IP addresses.
