Why Won't My QR Code Scan?
QR code not scanning? Check size (minimum 2cm), color contrast, physical damage, and camera focus. Includes fixes for static and dynamic code scan failures.
QR Code Goes to Wrong Place
QR code going to the wrong page? For dynamic codes, check and edit the destination URL in your dashboard. For static codes, you will need to create a new one.
Printed QR Codes Not Working
QR code works on screen but not when printed? Fix low resolution by using SVG, increase print size to at least 2cm, and check surface material contrast.
My Analytics Aren't Showing
QR code analytics not showing? The most common cause is using a static code, which has no tracking. Also check your date range filter and allow time for sync.
