Most QR code services advertise monthly prices but only let you pay annually. When they say "$15/month," they mean "$180 upfront."

We offer actual month-to-month billing. Pay $9, $29, or $79 each month and cancel whenever.

Features are identical on monthly and annual. Annual just costs less per month.

When Monthly Makes Sense

Go monthly if you're:

  • Testing a paid plan before committing long-term
  • Running a seasonal business that only needs codes part of the year
  • Uncertain how long you'll need the service
  • Prefer smaller payments over a lump sum

You can always switch to annual later. The remaining days from your monthly plan get credited.

When Annual Makes Sense

Go annual if you:

  • Know you'll be using QR codes for the foreseeable future
  • Want to lock in the ~27% discount
  • Prefer handling payment once a year

Switching Between Them

Monthly to annual: Go to Settings → Billing, switch to annual, pay the annual amount. Any remaining monthly days get credited.

Annual to monthly: Starts at the end of your annual period. No penalties.

Refunds and Cancellation

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but no future charges either.

Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee. After that, access continues until your annual period ends, but no prorated refunds.

Regardless of billing cycle, your QR codes never break when you cancel or downgrade. They redirect to an upgrade page instead of going dead.

How Most Competitors Work

For context:

  • Annual billing only—no monthly option
  • Require credit card for "free trial" and auto-charge
  • Break your codes immediately when you stop paying
  • Bury cancellation in support tickets or phone calls
